The most important feature of this this release is (beyond a bunch of bug fixes and optimizations) the newly gained ability to hotlink extensions. This means that you can now configure Transfz to launch, for an example, the Stumbleupon extension (to insert review html code) simply by pressing say: "ctrl-shift-s".
